Features may be updated, rate-limited, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued as the service evolves.","Measurement limits. Results describe the path between your device and the selected node at that moment. Wi-Fi, hardware, browser scheduling, geographic distance, shared traffic, and node capacity affect results. A result or quality score is not a regulated broadband measurement, warranty, professional advice, or ISP service-level determination.","Acceptable use. Do not overload, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, interfere with security, send malicious traffic, use the endpoints to store or proxy unrelated content, or use the service in a way that violates law or another person’s rights. SpeedTestLab may block or limit traffic that threatens the service or other users.","Content and third-party services. SpeedTestLab branding, original text, and site code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Links to third-party resources are provided for context; those services control their own content and terms.","No warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.","Liability.
